Oil-air coolers belong to the main group of heat exchangers manufactured by our company. Due to the wide variety of the needs of our clients, the number of offered types is constantly increasing. In our offer there are coolers with a power from 50 kW to 350 kW.

Tubular inserts in this type of cooler and heat exchanger are built based on steel, stainless, brass or copper pipes with aluminium ribs.

The novelty in this type of cooler are the monolithic aluminium pipes with internal and external ribs, thanks to which the cooler capacity is increased by about 30% compared to coolers built on traditional pipes. In these coolers, the screen bottoms are also made of aluminium. The connection of the pipes with the sieve bottoms is done through welding.

The structure of the housing allows entering the tubular space through flaps without the necessity of dismantling the fans which substantially facilitates and accelerates the cleaning of the tubular space.
The supporting structure of coolers and housings are made of steel sections protected against corrosion by galvanizing and painting.

For forcing air flow in this type of cooler we use modern silent fans with a loudness not exceeding 65 dB.
